Each user is given individual email address
	Solution 1 Users are given email addresses like "name1" <company@emirates.net.ae>, "name2" <company@emirates.net.ae>, and so on. The mail is sent to these address. The Internet E-Mail program splits the address based on name1, name2 etc and distributes it to individual users on the network. Each user is provided with his/her own mailbox. Solution 2 First the company is provided with its Domain Nane (e.g. dolphin.com) by registering with InterNIC. Company also has to hire a Domain Mailbox with an Internet Service Provider (ISP). Users in the company will be given addresses like name1@dolphin.com, name2@dolphin.com etc. and their own mailboxes. All mail addressed to anything@dolphin.com goes to the company's Domain Mailbox. The Internet E-Mail program retrieves all the mail at one time and distributes it locally on the network, based on name1, name2 etc. Domain Name Registration charges are as per InterNIC. Domain Mailbox invites nominal charges depending upon the ISP chosen
