- Can scan the feedback of this questionnaire and using the latest Image Technology, the
questionnaire is read by the scanner and translated into data. Alternatively user can use
keyboard to input data.
- The software generates bar charts for each question which tells the number of response
to each question & the percentage of for each scope.
- It also gives you trend chart for each question in the questionnaire, which shows over a
period of time, whether status is improving or not.
- It can also receive responses through a fax provided you are using Fax-Works Pro
Software.
- The responses you receive are stored in ASCII files which could then be exported to any
word processor, worksheet, databases etc. for further evaluation or graphs.
